Today by the grace of God we served reusable sanitary towels to 75 needy girls of Miticharaka primary school in Tana River county. This could not have been possible without your support.
Miticharaka primary school is in the interior of Tana River county, only accessible when it’s not raining. It’s on the shore of Indian ocean.
The community is poverty stricken. These girls have to brace themselves during the “needy days”. The head teacher said “we buy three packets for emergency and this is like a drop in this ocean of desperation”
Now with reusable sanitary towels these girls can settle for their studies and ensure to make a difference in their future.
